Welcome Back Citizens, what better way to finish off 2022, than with another installment of the CobraTV Screenshot competition?

While there was not as many entries as there were to last months 48, we seen a total of 29 images in what would be a very limiting theme, but each submission (well nearly each) was soo good, it made for some very interesting conversations on panel day!

Think about it, where in the Verse does it scream Christmas/Luminalia?

Under MicroTech’s New Babbage of course & with so many entries flocking to the snowy city to snap a picture with the snow coated trees and littered presents, the judges had little choice but to scrutinise the uniqueness of each and every single snap!

That being said, there were some truly original, and truly beautiful entries! Well done to all of you that took part in this months competition.

CJ’s Honourable Mention

My honourable mention this month was again a very difficult task to choose.

This shot by STARBQRN was a 1st place contender and if im honest… the points seperation from this and the final 1st place winner is just a difference of 0.5 points! WOW!

Mind you with a shot like this that tells my inner child that the “toys fell outta Santa’s sleigh” and “now he’s putting them back in to get them delivered” it’s no wonder why this at 1st place had such a close score!

Maybe the thing that might have swung this way, would have been a red undersuit and some raindeer!?!

Thank you soo much for this shot STARBQRN!

The Results!

3rd Place Winner

Xcrost – Week 2 Entry

This submission reminds me of the times I was opening up presents and getting a telescope for Christmas…. There I am, trying to figure out how to set it all up!

2nd Place Winner

Kamin6525 Week 2 entry

I look at this snap and all I see is my siblings sitting in one corner of the room, hording all the presents… with a face that screams…. “they’re all mine…. but I’ll share for a price”

1st Place Winner

CybergWar Week 4 entry

Here we Have Cyberg with what looks like a simple submission but look at what the snap is telling you.

It’s Santa’s little sleigh, filled with presents and lights…. just leaving the North Pole…. Must admit, when the panel seen the north pole, they flipped out!

CONGRATULATIONS WINNERS

Congrats to the winners of December, please get in touch with Corbin_Jones on the Discord asap and well done to all that submitted a screenshot but don’t despair, your chances of winning in the new year is now!

Submissions for January are already underway!

So check out the rules on the Screenshot channel and get snapping.

Also, if you want to be part of the judging panel for January 2023, then please get in touch with Corbin_Jones in the Discord. But just a little side note on this….

This competetion is ran in a very fun and engaging way that is both fun for the snappers (you) and the panel judges, however, if a judge fails to attend a panel session and give votes, it can get very hectic getting the votes and delay the finals like this…. So if you choose to become a judge for a month, please know that you are making a commitment to turn up each time, not just for the panel, but mostly for the community at large!

May the screenshotting gods of the Verse be with you!
